The basic weekly loop

What does the planner help an adult do?

It helps the adult guiding the learning separate three simple jobs: plan the next useful activity, record what actually happened, and review the family record when choosing what comes next. You do not need to fill every hour or turn childhood into a spreadsheet.

01

What do I plan?

Plan one useful activity or a full week. Use a Whizki printable, workbook page, book, project, class, trip, or your own idea.

02

What do I record?

Save whether the activity was completed, skipped, or moved. Add the actual minutes and a private note when they are useful.

03

Why keep the record?

The record shows learning days, time, subjects, reading, awards, and recent wins. Use it to choose a realistic next step.

Whizki materials, connected

Find it. Plan it. Print it. Remember it.

Whizki worksheets, activity sets, and printed workbooks can sit beside library visits, nature walks, classes, and your own family ideas.

Every entry follows the same clear loop: choose what matters, plan a realistic moment, record what happened, and use that history to decide what comes next.

01QuestionWhat can I add to the planner?
Answer

Add a Whizki printable or activity set, a workbook page, a book, class, field trip, project, nature walk, or your own idea.

02QuestionHow do I make a learning plan?
Answer

Choose the adult-managed learner profile, date, subject, skill, and a realistic number of minutes. Add a repeat only when your family needs one.

03QuestionWhat do I record after the activity?
Answer

Mark it completed, skipped, or moved. You can also save the actual time, a private note, reading, an expense, or an award.

04QuestionWhat can I review later?
Answer

Review learning days, minutes, subjects, books, awards, recent wins, and costs. Free CSV export keeps the family learning record portable.

Full planner tools

What is included in the full planner?

How does the calendar work?

Open a month or one day, add activities, and move them when plans change. Full access also adds repeating weekly activities with pause and resume.

Can each learner have a separate record?

Yes. Full access supports up to five nickname-based learner profiles. Each profile keeps its own activities, reading, awards, and progress.

What can I record about reading?

Save the book title, author, minutes, pages, a private note, and whether the book was finished. Reading stays with the learner's other family learning records.

Can I track learning costs?

Yes. Record books, supplies, classes, field trips, subscriptions, vendors, dates, amounts, and currencies in one adult-managed expense log.

What are family awards for?

An adult can recognize curiosity, effort, kindness, focus, or a brave retry. Awards are private encouragement, not public scores or rankings.

What can I export or print?

Export CSV data for free. Full access adds date-range PDF reports with activities, time, subjects, reading, and awards for family learning review.

Adult-managed and private

Who controls the planner and its data?

The signed-in adult controls every learner profile and record. A learner profile is not a child account. Children do not register, sign in, receive messages, or manage their own data.

Whizki helps families keep a useful private learning record. Homeschool and home-education requirements vary by location, so keep any official records required where you live in the form those requirements call for.

Read how planner data is handled
01QuestionWhat learner information should I use?
Answer

Use a nickname, age, and broad learning stage. Leave out a child email, full birth date, home address, school ID, health history, and other sensitive identifiers.

02QuestionCan search engines see planner records?
Answer

No. Planner pages require a signed-in adult and carry private, no-store, noindex, and nofollow instructions.

03QuestionWhat happens when I delete a learner?
Answer

Whizki removes the profile from connected activities, deletes activities left with no learner, and permanently deletes that learner's reading entries and awards. Expense entries remain in the adult log without a learner.

04QuestionDoes a report replace records required where I live?
Answer

No. It is a private family learning summary, not an official transcript, attendance certificate, or statement of legal compliance.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Everything you need to know.

GETTING STARTED

Is the Whizki Learning Full Planner free?

Yes. The free planner includes one learner profile, one-time activity planning, a weekly overview, completed and skipped activity logs, adult-chosen starter awards, and CSV export. Plus and Pro add up to five learner profiles, repeating plans, reading and expense logs, the complete award collection, longer progress views, and printable PDF reports.

Does my child need a Whizki account?

No. The planner is an adult tool for parents, caregivers, teachers, and home educators. Children never register, sign in, receive messages, or manage a profile. An adult creates a simple learner profile using a nickname, age, and broad learning stage.

PLANNING

Can I use Whizki materials and my own curriculum?

Yes. Add a Whizki worksheet, activity set, or printed workbook, or plan your own books, lessons, projects, classes, field trips, and everyday learning. Then record whether the activity was completed, skipped, or moved.

Can I use Whizki for homeschooling or home education?

Yes. Use it to organize weekly plans, reading, expenses, and family learning notes. Whizki keeps a private family learning record; it does not replace official records required where you live or provide legal compliance advice.

PRIVACY

What information should I add about a learner?

Use a nickname, age, broad learning stage, and practical activity notes. Please leave out full birth dates, addresses, child email accounts, school IDs, health records, and other sensitive identifiers. Planner pages are private, excluded from search indexing, and not placed in the public page cache.

Can I export or delete my planner data?

Yes. CSV export is included in the free planner. When you permanently delete a learner, Whizki removes that profile from connected activities, deletes activities left with no learner, and deletes the learner's reading entries and awards. Expense entries remain in the adult log without a learner. Deleting the adult Whizki account purges all planner collections connected to that account.

PLANS

Do both Plus and Pro include the full planner?

Yes. Plus and Pro include the same complete planner features and the same limit of five learner profiles. Pro also includes a broader premium worksheet collection, the worksheet builder, and Ask a Teacher.

Start with one activity

What should I do first?

Open the free planner, add one adult-managed learner profile, and plan one useful activity. Add more only when it helps your family learning routine.
