Terms of Service

These Terms of Use cover the website at whizki.com (the "Site"), run by the Whizki team. By using the Site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What Whizki is

Whizki publishes printed activity workbooks for children aged 3 to 7, a learning hub of letters, numbers and printable worksheets, and an adult-managed Learning Full Planner. The Site is not a social network and it is not a children's app.

The printed workbooks themselves are sold on Amazon, not on the Site. The Site does sell two digital subscriptions, Whizki Plus and Whizki Pro, which open access to a curated library of printable worksheet sets and a few subscriber-only tools. Subscription terms are in the Plus and Pro subscriptions section below.

Who the Site is for

The Site is intended for adults: parents, caregivers, teachers, and other educators. Children are not the intended audience and should not register, log in, or send us information through the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please email support@whizki.com and we will delete it.

Accounts and log in

Most pages on the Site are public and do not require an account. If you do create an account or sign in using a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple), you are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity on your account. If you suspect your account has been used without your permission, let us know at support@whizki.com.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to the newsletter we store the email address you provide and use it only to send you updates about new workbooks, free printables, seasonal activities, and practical ways to use the family learning planner. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes the address from our list within a short period.

Learning Full Planner

The Learning Full Planner is an organization and recordkeeping tool for an adult. The free level includes one active learner profile, one-time activity planning, a basic weekly dashboard, completed and skipped activity history, a starter set of parent awards, and CSV export. Whizki Plus and Whizki Pro both include the complete planner: up to five active learner profiles, repeating plans, reading and expense logs, every parent award, longer progress views, recommendations, and printable PDF reports.

A learner profile is not an account. Children must not register, sign in, or operate the planner. The adult account holder is responsible for every learner profile and entry. Use a nickname, age, and broad learning stage. Do not enter a full birth date, home address, child email, school ID, health record, government ID, payment card number, bank account number, or other sensitive information in a planner field or note.

Planner dashboards and reports summarize the information you enter. They are not official transcripts, attendance certification, education evaluations, medical or therapeutic records, tax advice, or legal homeschool compliance advice. Requirements vary by location, and you remain responsible for determining and meeting the rules that apply to your family, class, or school.

You may export your planner records as CSV on any account level. Deleting a learner permanently removes the connected activities, reading entries, and awards. Expenses remain as family records with the learner label removed unless you delete them separately. Account deletion purges all planner collections connected to the account, subject to the separate retention of billing records required for payments, disputes, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Content and intellectual property

Everything published on the Site, including text, illustrations, layouts, the Whizki logo, and downloadable worksheets, is the property of the Whizki team or its licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights. You may print and use the free worksheets at home or in a classroom. You may not republish them on other websites, sell them, or include them in paid products without written permission.

Acceptable use

By using the Site you agree not to:

  • scrape, copy in bulk, or redistribute the catalogue or worksheet library;
  • break, probe, or overload the Site or its hosting infrastructure;
  • upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • use the Site to send spam or unsolicited messages.

Amazon and other third parties

Product pages on the Site link to Amazon. Once you click through, your relationship is with Amazon: their checkout, their pricing, their shipping, their refunds, their privacy policy. We do not handle the payment and we cannot change the order on your behalf. For order help on an Amazon purchase, contact Amazon support.

Other links on the Site go to outside websites we do not control. We share them as references; we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.

Plus and Pro subscriptions

We sell two digital subscriptions on the Site: Whizki Plus and Whizki Pro. Both give paying subscribers access to the complete Learning Full Planner and a curated library of printable worksheet sets for preschool, kindergarten, and first grade. Pro adds the custom worksheet builder, one written question a month to a real educator, the broader premium worksheet collection, the saved shelf with no bookmark cap, and early access to new printed workbooks two weeks before they reach Amazon.

Pricing in US dollars:

  • Whizki Plus: $6.99 per month, or $49.00 per year.
  • Whizki Pro: $19.99 per month, or $149.00 per year.

Both plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Monthly plans renew each month, yearly plans renew each year, using the payment method on file at checkout. The price you signed up at stays the same as long as your subscription stays active without lapsing. If we change list prices in the future, existing subscribers keep their original price until they cancel, switch tier, or let the subscription lapse.

Who handles the billing

Payment processing is run by Creem, our third-party billing partner. When you click subscribe you are sent to a Creem hosted checkout page. Card details, billing addresses, and payment receipts are stored with Creem, not with us. Whizki receives the subscription status (active, canceled, expired) so we know what plan you are on. For payment-method changes, downloadable invoices, or billing disputes, use the customer portal Creem exposes from inside your Whizki account or contact Creem directly.

Local taxes, where they apply, are added at Creem's checkout and shown before you confirm. Listed prices above do not include those taxes.

Cancellation and access

You can cancel anytime from Account, Subscriptions, no email or call required. Canceling stops the next renewal. Your access to Plus or Pro content stays live through the end of the paid period you already paid for. On the day that period ends, the subscription drops to free and the Plus or Pro content locks. Planner records are not deleted when a subscription ends, but paid planner screens and PDF reports lock until you subscribe again. CSV export remains available. There is no automatic partial refund for the unused portion of a paid period.

Deleting your Whizki account from Account, Security removes your account but does not on its own refund or stop active billing. Cancel the subscription first, then delete the account.

Refunds

Whizki does not offer automatic refunds for partial periods after cancellation. If something specific went wrong, for example you were billed in error, the content you paid for is broken or missing, or you upgraded by mistake and want to revert within the first 24 hours of the charge, write to support@whizki.com and we will review case by case. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

Refunds, when granted, are processed back through Creem to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

No warranty

The Site is provided as is. We work hard to keep the content accurate and the worksheets useful, but we cannot promise the Site will be available without interruption, free of typos, or fit for any particular plan you have for it. Use the materials with judgement, especially in classrooms or therapy settings.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Whizki team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data or lost profits. If a court finds we are liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months for access to the Site. For most visitors that amount is zero.

Indemnification

You agree to defend the Whizki team against any claim made by a third party because of how you used the Site, what you uploaded, or how you used our content outside its intended purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or remove access to the Site, or to a specific account, if we believe these terms have been broken. You can stop using the Site at any time. Sections that are meant to outlive the relationship (intellectual property, liability, indemnification) survive after access ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the date below. For material changes we will note the change at the top of the page so you can see what shifted.
