The Finish the Butterfly Wings worksheet is a one-page kindergarten math activity. Children add lines to the empty butterfly wings, then color between the lines with two favorite colors, giving practice with lines, shapes, and spatial awareness.
At age 5, many children can name a circle or triangle but still stall when a blank space needs a line. Butterfly wing sections make geometry feel concrete because each child can see where a line starts, where a line stops, and how new shapes appear inside the wings.
