Centimeter Comparison Worksheet
The centimeter comparison worksheet is a one-page math activity for kindergarten children. Children look at four measurement problems in centimeters and practice comparing quantities by deciding which amount is greater, less, or the same.
At age five, measurement words can feel slippery. Many children can count a ruler mark, then stall when a question asks which centimeter amount is bigger, so four quick problems keep practice friendly and doable.
Sit beside the child and read one problem at a time. Ask the child to point to each illustrated ruler, scale, or container, say each centimeter amount out loud, and circle or write the comparison answer.
The illustrations are models, not life-size measuring tools. Each picture matches the printed centimeter amount on the page, so the child can focus on centimeter comparison instead of guessing from picture size.
