Milliliter Addition and Comparison Worksheet
This printable milliliter measurement worksheet gives kindergarten children four addition problems using ml. Children look at the illustrated measuring containers, rulers, or scales, then add the saved quantities and write the total in milliliters.
At age six, many children can add small numbers, but kids stall when units show up beside the numbers. Practice with milliliters helps children see that a number can describe an amount, not just a count of objects.
Sit beside the child and read one problem aloud. Ask the child to point to each picture model, say both amounts, add the numbers, and finish by saying the answer with “milliliters” at the end.
The worksheet keeps the practice short with only four problems, which helps five- and six-year-olds stay with the task. The pictures match the saved quantities for each problem, and the illustrations are models, not life-size measuring tools.
