Panda's Berry Picnic is a one-page story coloring worksheet for preschool pre-writing practice. Children add dots or stripes to one object in the picnic scene, then color the picture and talk about the decorated object.
At age 4, small marks help children get ready for letters without asking children to write letters before hand muscles are ready. Kids can stall on letter shapes, so dots and stripes give children a friendlier way to practice control, direction, and pencil pressure.
