This count and draw circles worksheet gives preschoolers one group to count and two number prompts to draw. Children practice one-to-one counting and number sense by making circle groups up to ten.
At age four, number words often run ahead of little hands. Kids may say one, two, three quickly, then draw too many circles or forget where counting started, so the count and draw page keeps practice short and visible.
Sit beside the child with a crayon or pencil ready. Ask the child to count the first group aloud, point to each circle, and then draw the two requested groups, counting each new circle as the child draws.
