Library Maze Adventures Worksheet

This maze adventures worksheet gives first graders three illustrated maze scenes with broad colored paths, library characters, and a pictured destination. Children practice path tracking and problem solving by following the connected route from the named character to the goal.

At age six, many children can see the goal right away, but small turns and split paths can still feel tricky. The maze worksheet helps children practice slowing down, checking choices, and sticking with a plan when the first path does not work.

A parent or teacher can sit beside the child and read the prompt together: find the named character, point to the goal, then trace the route with a finger before using a pencil or crayon.
