Sight Word Picture Writing Worksheet
The worksheet uses a picture and a blank writing line to help children practice sight words and vocabulary by naming the object from memory and writing the word.
At this age, many kids get stuck on sounding out letters or lose interest during long spelling practice, so quick word recall matters. When the picture feels clear, the child can focus on the word, not on tricky letter shapes.
For one minute, point to the picture, ask the child to say the object name, then have the child write that word on the line. After writing, read the word together and praise correct spelling and clear spacing.
