Numbers Three One and Five Worksheet

Five-year-olds can be quick with counting songs and still pause when a numeral sits by itself. This preschool math page keeps the work small: read the number cards for 3, 1, and 5 together, one card at a time.

This is a good fit when a child is starting to name printed numerals without needing a full number chart. The set is intentionally limited, so you can slow down, point to each card, say the number, and let them try the same card again without too much on the page.

The practice builds number sense by connecting a printed symbol to a spoken number name. If a card feels tricky, read it first, then invite an echo read. Keep it light: mix the order, ask “Which one says five?”, or cover one card and have them read the others.

When these cards feel familiar, stay with small, hands-on steps. The Numbers Five Two and Four Worksheet gives another short numeral set to read, and the Circle Counting and Drawing Worksheet helps connect number words with small groups your child can count and draw.
